The opportunity
This is a 25-hour-per-week, weekday-only position with no weekend working, offering the opportunity to build an excellent income while maintaining a fantastic work-life balance.
With an OTE of £40,000–£90,000+ per year, there is significant potential to increase your earnings as your patient base develops.
You’ll be working within an established clinic alongside a motivated multidisciplinary team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists, with the infrastructure and support around you to help you succeed.
Mentorship & development
This is a huge part of what makes this opportunity different.
We invest heavily in the development of our chiropractors and provide structured, ongoing mentorship throughout your time at WWC.
You’ll receive:
✨ Two-week intensive onboarding, training & observation period – giving you the opportunity to understand our clinic, observe patient care and develop your confidence before building your own diary.
✨ Weekly 1-to-1 mentorship – dedicated time to discuss cases, clinical decision-making, patient management, goals and your development as a chiropractor.
✨ Exceptional 1-to-1 adjustment training – regular hands-on technique sessions designed to develop your adjusting skills, confidence and versatility.
✨ Ongoing technique training – continual opportunities to practice, refine and expand your clinical skill set alongside experienced chiropractors.
✨ Free CPD & events – we’ll actively invest in your continued professional development and provide opportunities to keep learning throughout the year.
✨ Team training & development days – regular opportunities to learn together, develop as practitioners and continue building a brilliant team culture.
